Unified Software License Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of Phoenix TGReger Pro and Phoenix TGEnigma III together with related files, updates, materials, and documentation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By installing, activating, or using the software, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If the user does not agree, they must not install, activate, or use the software.

1. License Grant

Phoenix Soft grants the user a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased software product within the scope of the paid access and subject to this Agreement.

Unless otherwise expressly provided by the selected plan, access terms, or separate written approval, one license is intended for use on one working device.

For certain plans, Phoenix Soft may permit use on two authorized workstations within one licensed environment if this is expressly stated in the plan description or otherwise clearly approved by Phoenix Soft.

Any use beyond the permitted device limit requires a separate license or separate approval.

2. Permitted Use

The user may download the software from an official source, install it on their device, activate the issued license key, use the product within its intended purpose and paid access scope, and access official materials, quick-start guides, and Phoenix Soft support channels.

3. Restrictions

The user may not transfer, resell, rent out, or otherwise provide the software or license access to third parties unless separately authorized.

The user may not decompile, disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

The user may not split the software into parts for use outside the original licensing model.

The user may not use the software in violation of applicable rules, restrictions, or service conditions.

4. Activation, Access, and Support

To begin using the software, the user must download the product, launch it, and enter the issued license key.

Current download links, quick-start guides, support information, and other service materials are published through official Phoenix Soft channels and official Phoenix Soft pages.

Technical support is provided through official support channels and contacts specified by Phoenix Soft.

The scope of support depends on the actual product, plan, and support scope purchased.

5. Updates and Changes

Phoenix Soft may release updates, fixes, additional materials, and changes related to the software.

Phoenix Soft may also update the text of this Agreement by publishing the current version through an official source.

The user is responsible for reviewing the current version of the Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to Phoenix TGReger Pro and Phoenix TGEnigma III, including software code, interfaces, structure, documentation, service materials, updates, and related elements, belong to Phoenix Soft or the relevant rights holder.

This Agreement does not transfer to the user any ownership rights in the software, except for the limited right to use it under license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided on an “as is” basis.

Phoenix Soft makes no guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

Phoenix Soft does not guarantee that the software will meet the user’s expectations, work in every external environment, or be compatible with all third-party services, network conditions, or user configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phoenix Soft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of data, loss of profit, interruption of business, recovery costs, third-party service costs, or other damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the software.

This limitation also applies to situations involving external services, network conditions, proxies, licensing issues, user settings, third-party platforms, or other external factors not under the direct control of Phoenix Soft.

9. Termination

Phoenix Soft may terminate or restrict access to the software if the user violates this Agreement, the terms of the purchased access, or the rules governing the use of the product.
